Interpretation#

The 11 October response estimates 224 sets of minutes, at 20 minutes to read and 10 minutes to assess each. Those components total 6,720 minutes (112 hours) if both apply to every set. The letter instead states “over 2240 minutes”, or 37 hours; that figure equals the assessment component alone.

The response does not separately state search outcomes for photographs/images or records of the 1982 transfer/deposit, and does not separately explain how the environmental-information aspect was assessed. These are omissions in the wording of the response, not a finding of legal breach.
