2 August 2026, 01:09 UTC · Email — sent by the family · Follow-up – FOI Request 719/26 (Great House Farm / 1988 Dispossession)
FOI Team,On 16 July 2026 you issued a response to my FOI request 719/26 stating thatno records were held. The same day I replied requesting clarification, noting that I hold videofootage (including ITV material) showing police presence at Llandough in1988 in connection with the events at Great House Farm.I have received no further reply. Please now either:Confirm a further search has been conducted and provide any additionalrecords identified, orExplain the basis on which the original “no records” response stands inlight of the contemporaneous video evidence.A response within 5 working days would be appreciated.
See attached some screen shots from the ITV Cymru Wales footage showing mymum, Branwen Buckler, with what seems to be a South Wales Police officer (Ithink color ID 2715), from that final confrontation/enforcement period inearly December 1988 (almost certainly 5–6 December).Yours faithfully,
