Thread 1 — Cllr George Carroll (Llandough ward member) — correspondence with no reply#
Editorial warning — 1938 “Cowbridge and Llandough Great House Farm” name trap#
[PRESS REPORT; source references reported in the research file] Do not identify the 1938 auction of the 185-acre “Cowbridge and Llandough Great House Farm”, reported in the Western Mail on 12 and 16 November 1938, as the Llandough-juxta-Penarth Tŷ Mawr property. The supplied research identifies it as a different farm, sold to L. D. Thomas. Until the sale particulars and plan are inspected, this is a strong identity warning, not a substitute for the primary plan.
[CATALOGUE ENTRY ONLY] Glamorgan Archives DSA/12/5400, described as a transfer of tenancy from “J. Williams”, concerns a different J. Williams and must not be used as a record of the Great House Farm family absent evidence matching the person, farm and parcel.
The correspondence catalogue below preserves the original requests/messages as historical records. A reference appearing in an old request is not confirmation that the transaction belongs to this case.
Privacy note (14 October 2026): the introduction above says nothing is redacted. That statement is superseded. 16 February 2026, 17:31 UTC · Email — sent by the family · Title Fraud and Procedural Concealment – Church View Close, Llandough (formerly Great House Farm/ “Ty Mawr”)
Councillor Carroll & co,
I write regarding potential gaps in the Council’s planning andrecord-keeping processes relating to Great House Farm, Llandough, which wasdemolished in 1988 following the 1987 Court of Appeal decision in BPProperties Ltd v Buckler.Recent evidence suggests the Council may wish to examine its own positionon this matter, as it raises questions about procedural compliance andrecord integrity that could expose the authority to wider scrutiny.CORE ISSUES
**1. Identity and Procedural Integrity**
The 1987 judgment turned on a 1974 licence addressed to “Mrs Buckler”. Mygrandmother, Mary Williams, did not use or accept this designation.Contemporaneous evidence (1978 newspaper article attached) records herasserting ownership under her correct name.If the 1987 court was not presented with this evidence, the judgment mayrest on an incomplete factual record. This raises procedural fairnessconcerns relevant to any future review of the decision.**2. Heritage Information and Statutory Compliance**
The site’s archaeological significance was documented by 1978 (Romanburials, monastic associations). Yet professional excavations in 1994revealed 1,026 early medieval burials and monastic structures—findings thatshould have prompted evaluation under the Ancient Monuments andArchaeological Areas Act 1979.Critical question: Did the Council conduct or require prior archaeologicalassessment before granting permissions to demolish? If not, this representsa potential gap in statutory process that may affect the validity of thepermissions granted.**3. Land Registry Disclosure**
BP registered title in 1982 based on the disputed licence. The Councilshould establish:– Whether any dispute notice or heritage caution was lodged;– Whether the Council disclosed relevant heritage information to the LandRegistry;– What planning records exist from 1978–1988 regarding the site’s knownarchaeological potential.**4. Corporate Identity Inconsistency**
During my father’s appeal, the court treated BP Properties Ltd and BPPension Trust Ltd inconsistently—as separate entities when convenient, thenas one when dismissing his claim. This raises questions about howthoroughly the litigation was scrutinised and whether the Council’s recordsreflect this uncertainty.WHY THIS MATTERS TO THE COUNCIL
These issues go beyond a single historical dispute. They touch on:
– **Planning record integrity**: Whether heritage information wasadequately documented and acted upon;– **Procedural compliance**: Whether statutory protections (AncientMonuments Act) were properly applied;– **Institutional liability**: Whether decisions were made on incomplete ormisleading information;– **Precedent risk**: Whether similar vulnerabilities may exist in otherhistorical planning decisions.REQUESTS
I ask the Council to:
1. **Commission a review** of the planning permissions granted between1978–1988 for Great House Farm, specifically examining what heritage andarchaeological information was available to decision-makers and how it washandled.2. **Refer this matter to the Monitoring Officer** for examination ofprocedural compliance and record integrity.3. **Establish** what correspondence, cautions, or dispute notices exist inrelation to this site’s title or heritage status.4. **Clarify the Council’s current protocol** for handling historical titledisputes, previously unknown heritage information, or allegations ofmaterial non-disclosure in past planning processes—to prevent recurrence.I am not asking the Council to reverse the 1987 judgment or disturb currentresidents. I am asking it to ensure its own records are accurate and itsown processes are defensible.I attach the 1978 article and supporting documents, and am available tomeet or provide further information.Yours faithfully,
Sion Buckler, Sgt (Ret’d)Executor for the Manor of Llandough[home address withheld], Dinas Powys, [postcode withheld]

Councillor of Llandough,
Have you seen this footage? https://youtu.be/4GXmR7mAas0?feature=shared
I’m a military cyber warfare professional. Not much gets past me.I was the best hacker in our Government and military in 2005.In fact I already note this footage was cut and censored to hide key facts. Not to mention this and other press coverage and footage supressed. Evenunto this day.More interestingly than my mum’s appearance at the end of the clip, is thenews anchor who was my old best friends mum. That same best friend is nowan executive of press monitoring company Meltwater Media in Cardiff City. There’s plenty more press coverage of this whole war waged on my family, land & home. And it’s all going into a Netflix documentry along with thehandling of this matter which you still all try to bury and cover up. Likethe hundreds of child graves surrounding this case. You are all committingcareer and political suicide.I’m still waiting for you and the MP to respond to this matter. For monthsnow.MoJ won’t comment as they say its ongoing. See attached. Which doesn’t makesense as I’ve not begun legal proceedings and this hasn’t been touched indecades. They also took half a year just to reply.Land Registry made my query into a complaint and shut it down instantly.Cadw falsely allege they have nothing to do with it when they were pivotalin it. They should have listen it as a grade II.I’m not rolling up with tanks, but I’m not going away. We need tostraighten this all out.You know the clause with harassment? I.e. If I have reason to pursue I maypersist. And so I will persist. But I have no desire to make you feelharassed. So please just all do your jobs. And diligently. My family are still all terrorised into silence about this, even decadeslater. It’s a hostage/ terrorist situation in my estimation (As a militarywarfare professional).I find dealing with my former community and Govenrment 50/50 at the moment.Which is good enough odds for me to refrain from any direct action on thismatter. For now.I’m actually still giving you and the MP the benefit of the doubt you’rebusy and/or mulling this over still, before taking a position on thematter. But justice delayed is justice denied. Like the MoJ taking half ayear to reply only to fob me off. Tick tick. It’s not just my family being held hostage there, but my people seemdemoralised and its no way for them to all live. I already fly in and outlike its another military tour of Iraq. I was shot at in Barry and anAfghan tried stealing my dog last time I was back.I will feel my villages warmth one way or another. When it’s our ancestralhome for centuries. How dare we be ignored, disregarded and exiled. Or shotat and shunned. Next time I fly home I want it to feel like home. Notanother tour of the middle east where I had to get behind a GPMG in SF rolefrom a helicopter. The situation is untenable. We can’t go on like this another decade, withyou Brit’ish all on our stolen land without a care in the world, and us alldispossessed, butchered and forced out by force, secrecy and fraudulentlicense. You don’t seem to fathom the ongoing harm, injury and loss here. Thisdispossession and disposition, tantamount to a terrorist/ hostage situationhas been ongoing almost 4 decades. My families silence from beingterorrised into silence and the years its taken for me to discover thefraud, due to the stealth, secretly and complexity of it, does not put thisin the past but very much in our faces today. Our family demand of you and anyone other installed persons, proclaiminglegitimate authority of our lands, immediately address this matter. I’m notthe kind to hold a gun to your head and demand attention. I’m being polite, courteous and professional here. And patient and understanding. But itwould not be sane or reasonable for me to allow you or the MP to cause melet or hiderence. In my experience if you won’t tackle this in the open I have to presume youare going clandestine and into the shadows and thus pose risk of furtherthreat to me and my family. As the British State. There’s gaps in records. Court mistakes. There’s supressed, redacted, censored media coverage. Procedural unfairness. Fraud. Theft. And thesilence and lack of co operation rectifying records and narratives onlydiminishes your legitimacy and so your authority. You wouldn’t need to be clandestine and abuse force to try to handle menlike me and mine, if you’d just all straighten out this matter. Then you’dhave my trust and fieldty. You know at the WCIT in Dubai with the help of David Cameron in 2012, ittook a few weeks to exit UK from the treaty. Which is something I had tobring up with my bank the other day who took twice as long to process arefund after a dispute because of all the beurocracy. Similarly with thiswe have no barriers to communicate, we have A.I, we have digital systemsand digital records yet this is being made into a slow, tedious, confusing, cumbersom, challenging, obstructive process.Don’t weaponise time. Justice delayed is justice denied. I am accustom totime being abused so that other hybrid warfare war crime avenues can beexplored like trying to kidnap and silence me. I know the British Stateacts like a terrorist organisation even by its own definition of one, because I was one of you terorrists. In an illegal war. On anotherindigenous population. I also spent most of my adult life in exile in latinamerican now so I can draw all the parallels between the regime on BritishIsles and cartel/ crime syndicates on other banana republics. Ours stinkand is no different to other islands. So let’s not fancy our regime oractors in it, as any better or more benevolant or honest than others. My postion, proportionate to the situation, seems correct. In that a multigenerational civil war has been waged on my family, home and people, asindigenous Welsh Britons, on our ancestral birthland. And having completedmy 22 years in oath in 2024, under the employ of the Vale council, I nolonger have the restraint of allegiance to the Brit’ish State. I amnaturally leaning towards being a counter officer and pro Wales fullydecolonising. Bearing in mind this war being waged isn’t us ontowards theBrit’ish State, but the exact opposite. And there’s no requirement on ourpart we participate willingly or make it any easier than is neccesary tosoft genocide us. After already dispossesing, displacing, looting, butchering and holding us hostage or exiling us.In any case I believe my families standing, title and estate was stolen.Via fraud and armed force. Once the cover up and falsified records arerectified it will be more apparent why restoration and reperations shouldoccur. Because it’s already very clear to me. As a cyber and electronicmilitary warfare professional and certified and experienced militarycommander and leader. As well as me being the son and grandson of the manand his mum butchered in the process of this fraud and cover up attempt ofthe crimes relating to this terrorist siege on our land and property ofcenturies. We Britons do not negotiate with terrorists.I’m not SAS. I’m who JSHQ Northwood sent to break the SAS out of the Iraqprison days before they got executed. I setup the covert drone surveillancevia satellies between Iraq and London. Now it’s the inverse situation whereyou’re regime is on my lands, have executed my family members, hold myfamily hostage and still act like terrorists. Silence does not work in yourfavour with me. I just presume you are otherwise engaging in clandestinewarfare with me.I’m hoping for the best. I really am.Peace, due process, dialouge etc. This isn’t even our generations fight. It’s an inherited scandal and mess, passed down to us. The responsibility to rectify this matter is a fudiciaryone. And I’m just the one in my family daring to simply speak about this.No wonder none of the hostages there speak. It just becomes anotheropportunity for you to all reaffirm our people are hostages underterrorists.I’ve seen recently others speaking out and speaking up being separated fromtheir evidence, charges fabricated and them subjected to interment. Imyself already had to have the support of a US Marine officer when attemptswere made to frame and extradite and silence me. The defence correspondentfor the mail on Sunday was also contracted to destroy my reputation in anationwide campaign before. Which I also managed to stop in time. So I knowthe lengths that the regime on that island will go to, to cover up crimesand fraud instead of remedy.I doubt a lot of you are even human at this point. Not because of myactual military attachment to the underground UFO city in Coresham. Butbecause a mars attack type alien invasion and occupancy and rule is exactlythe vibes I get when I’m back on my motherland. Citizenship seems to nowmean to be hostages whereby people are gagged, hands tied behind theirbacks and on their knees. That is the exact situation I see people in, onBritish Isles. Any moment due to have our throats slit. Not for me thank you. I much preferred being behind the machine gun in ahelicopter pointing it at the inhumane terrorists treating humans this way.I spoke to my sister earlier about an article stating that bailiffs stole, against the explicit injunction instructions, £30,000 of my dads afterevictim him from his home. In 1988. She told me my family there haven’tever experienced having £30,000 laying around the house in the almost 40years since. If that doesn’t tell me they’re like Jews of nazi Germanyunder the occupancy and rule of the tyranny and terrorism there i don’tknow what does.So it is a hostage / terorrist situation so far as I see. We’re notforgotten about. I’ve made it very clear for months and I’m just ignoredand rebuttled and dismissed. So clearly someone believes we’re not allequal under God. Or law. That’s disappointing.Regards,

Sirs/ Ma’am,
I’m piecing together something I experienced in Llandough in 1988. Frompublic record, my research and family testemony. And media. This is ongoing but here’s a video of where my mind at is so far. It’slooking very aweful. I just thought I’d share this to invite you tocomment/ advise on any of this case.My family seem to have been murdered into silence. But have neversurrendered claim to land in Llandough. Our home, my home, since 1667.I am trying to communicate this story and please understand itschallenging. There’s trauma, anger/ upset and it’s fragmented across familyand various historic govenrment archives. It’s collosal and multigenerational too.Website below. I will work to get all these evidence onto this website sothere’s a chrononical timeline and central location for the evidence. This matter is unresolved in many ways and I feel it needs to be handled. Ifeel it’s unacceptable all this could have been allowed to have happenedand gone on and buried or ignored for decades. For authority to be authority there in South Wales, there must belegitimacy. Be legitimate about this is all I ask.Regards,

George,
Have you had an opportunity to look into any of the concerns I have raisedwith you regarding my family’s dispossession from land at Llandough?Might we be able to achieve even the smallest task together in trying tounravel what I allege may have involved fraud, concealment, mistakes, orother wrongdoing surrounding my family’s loss of possession of land there? It is land that my family [wiki edit, 19 Oct 2026: Mary Williams, in her c.1974 statement and her 3 Jul 1974 plea of ownership, Mary Williams testimony] claimed to own, and that claim has never, to myknowledge, been extinguished or determined against us by a court. The possibility of errors relating to my grandmother’s and father’s deaths, court mistakes, Land Registry mistakes, the dismissal of my father’s appealagainst the 1987 ruling, the rejection of the ECHR application, and Cadw’sinaction do not alter the central point: my family’s claim to ownership ofthe land itself has never been properly adjudicated upon or defeated.I may even have an interest in Church View Close. I am raising concernsabout what could amount to a major scandal in the manner in which my familyand I were dispossessed of land there. Your lack of response, together witha number of unusual or contradictory responses I have received from otherparties connected with the matter, has not reassured me that there is awillingness to examine these issues openly. If evidence was destroyed, if mistakes were made, or if fraud orconcealment occurred, I am sure you would prefer to assist in establishingthe truth rather than be perceived as defending or perpetuating anywrongdoing.Would you at least be willing to help with the more limited task ofidentifying when the tree planted by my family was removed? From what I cangather, the tree planting commemorated our claim to absolute title over ourplot of land. Its removal could arguably represent the destruction ofevidence connected with that claim.Regards,

Thread 2 — Cllr Christopher Franks — “Good God” (August–September 2026)#
21 August 2026, 01:36 UTC · Email — sent by the family · Good God
Hi,
Hywel here. Gale Smith’s grandson. I noticed your profile and rememberedyou.I flew back from New York to care for Mamgu for her end of life in 2022. Asyou may know I’m a military warfare professional by trade. And what she wascoerced into constituted a biological weapon, according to South WalesPolice this week. That was part of the reason I was in self-elected exileon a Caribbean island with my partner at the time, Dr Carrie Madej,2014–2022 in the first place.The other was what I was screaming to you all about: the Epstein Class.Something I was also ignored about from 2014 and am still being ignoredabout. Despite my 36-day-old boy from 2013 still being abducted and missingand nobody doing a single thing about it. Mamgu and I prayed in Bethesda.But then 3 lots of police, 5 military and a helicopter came for me, tokidnap and silence me. But nobody cared for my son or to go after hisabductors, abusers and captors. Only me because I am able to hack andexpose them. Also I got my DBS for Mamgu’s care, so it’s clear they neverhad any warrant or charges against me. Because I didn’t do anything wrong.And yet I had to escape and evade capture and spend 8 years marooned on aCaribbean island until it was safe to return. Disgusting treatment. And itcontinues.From 4,000 miles away I actually obtained video evidence of rituals beingperformed on my boy after his abduction from my home (Stockeld Park,Leeds), but South Wales Police did nothing. I filed a complaint; theirresponse was I was imagining it. I literally sent them the video evidence.What in God’s name is the matter there?It truly gets worse every time I dare even look at the situation back inSouth Wales. I had to export my dog to my wife and daughter and home in theCaribbean after a Middle Eastern man (the kind I was put behind a machinegun from a helicopter and asked to kill not so many moons ago) was in our11-home village in Monknash trying to steal my dog. The council wouldn’trespond to the matter. It transpires 94 were being secretly housed outsideour village in St Athan airbase in 2014. Furthermore our beach/livery yardtenancy of 15 years was abruptly terminated at the same time. I suspect sothe beach and car park we occupied could be utilised by a non-veteran suchas myself. I captured a lot of activities before we were moved along sothat beach would be exposed, on my Axon Police body cam and CCTV.And why I say it gets more insane is because I was denied any help withhousing. I literally had to sleep in a tent for the time I was caring forMamgu. My complaint wasn’t upheld. I am a soldier and my bones were hotfrom almost a decade in the Caribbean in exile protesting this kind ofstuff. So I didn’t much mind. I was back with family and on my motherland.But it’s still an outrage how the Vale of Glamorgan Council treat andcontinue to treat me.Last year I flew here to the Welsh settlement in Argentina and offeredmyself for anything I might be able to assist with. Given I’m bona fide,left my military career with full honours, I’m a trained firefighter,former Sergeant, I can teach, I’m a commander and leader. I was sent emailsfrom either people’s names I couldn’t pronounce or no names at all,completely rejecting me from participation in society. For the 12thconsecutive year.I truly feel Wales is under a demonic realm spell. It’s a hostage/terroristsituationship. And my next finding proves it.I discovered that we weren’t “evicted as squatters” after BP vs Buckler1987. In fact BP Bailiffs dragging us out and demolishing our home wereundercover military. Our future they all looted all came from CardiffCastle. Our home was a former 800-year-old manorial house in Llandough(Great House/Ty Mawr). Our land and home since 1667.And the whole case was dog poo. Wrapped in cat too. Balancing on cow poo.To put it politely. It’s taken me swimming through a mud of email lies,being ignored, gatekeeping, destroyed records and more to make any headwaytrying to draw all your attention to this.Marconi stayed with us while inventing radio. Peerless Jim fought his firstfight in our barn. Our home should have been listed as a Grade II by CADW.And Vale Council should have put a demolition block. But everyone lookedthe other way. Furthermore our home sat on a medieval burial site of 1,026bodies, secretly relocated in lieu of housing development after our homewas demolished. And a Roman villa sits under that. And a monastery underthat too. Which still no formal discovery of has been made.We reported a Roman soldier discovery in 1870. And the Roman villa was1979. Our home was also considered a local treasure despite spot listingbeing ignored. And yet the whole history, heritage and archaeologicalsignificance, known to everyone, was buried alive with our family and home,where we have been kept like a dirty secret in the dark, for 38 years. Andlike mushrooms in the dark, fed poo.I am outraged. But more so at the lack of pulse there. Because of the spellthe demonic realm seems to have our people under. Our ancestral land hasbeen turned into a concentration corporate work camp. Withcitizen/constituent now meaning hostage under terrorist so far as I see.And those houses, 20 previously at Church View Close and the 133 proposed,all on my stolen land, which I still own and challenge you all to – arenothing more than the terrorist organisation British State’sofficer/hostage camps. Following the literal act of terrorism it took tosteal that land from us in 1988 with a 30-officer siege. Decades of murder,fraud and concealment. All of which has gone unaccounted for. Before mydad’s murder his ECHR (Buckler vs United Kingdom) was rejected in lieu ofBP’s rights. Have you all completely lost your nuts back there?You cannot consider yourselves an authority without legitimacy. I believethe Senedd need to do a public enquiry ASAP. The MP finally replied aftermonths which is a start. The councillor for Llandough is silent. Thecouncil clerk retired after I caught him out. CADW also lied beforehesitantly responding with partial information. And when pressed admitteddestroying information. South Wales Police won’t reply on email and want aphone call. The archives in Leckwith have been very careful what they showAmy who is now arranging a 4th visit to try to understand our ownershipclaim and chain of title. Rhys just flew in from Ireland too. This is amatter of national public interest Christopher. My family require ofyou/the Vale Council real support. Legal aid. Trauma counselling.Nobody in my family has dared speak up because all of us who havechallenged what we’ve been subjected to have died. Abruptly. It’s literalethnic cleansing. And the cover-up is ongoing. Their silence isn’tacceptance of the situation, playing the role of a hostage prisoner of warin a concentration work camp dispossessed of everything all the timealways. As if having anything like children or capital or land/property isillegal.I was away being a soldier. Literally serving in war. Or being acounter-officer in exile in this civil war waged on us. I didn’t realise mybaby sister Amy, now in Mamgu’s old home, had nightmares about eventhinking about 1988. Or that my aunties and mum don’t speak because they’retraumatised and still in trauma. Because they’re still all dispossessedhostages under demonic realm terrorist. Exporting and ransoming and workingthem all to the bone. That’s without going into the fact a state-sanctionedbiological weapon was used on them recently too. Electronic directed energyweapons too. And while that might seem outlandish, please remember I am abona fide military electronic warfare professional. I noticed thedifferences there every time I fly in and out, like it’s another tour of awar zone. It’s only clandestine and hybrid warfare which is why it’sseemingly peaceful there. But is there peace? No!Much evidence has been destroyed or tried to be, but not so much this allgot past me. I got the ECHR record destroyed in 2000. I got my nan’sstatements and other stuff, despite no cooperation from South Wales Policewho deny holding any record. I got ITV footage despite it being classified.And some of what I have they still won’t release or when they do it’sheavily edited. More upsetting is that the news anchor, the recentlydeceased Nichola Hayward Thomas, was like a second mum to me growing up andnever mentioned it. She also failed to report my mum was pregnant and us 3toddlers were in the house when the siege happened to unlawfully dispossessus of our ancestral land and home in 1988. The first time we’ve been offour land or out of our home since the 16th century according to the SouthWales Echo. Whoever was behind this almost got away with it all. I was tooyoung at the time and I’ve been too preoccupied with the layer upon layerof hybrid warfare crimes being committed upon our people on our lands. Isthere peace? No.This is not acceptable and if there’s any hope in any of this it’s you. Mynan always said to trust you and spoke highly of you and I have fondmemories of you. I’ve been polite, professional and courteous with my FOIsand appeals for less force/stealth, secrecy and more peace/transparency. Ido hope for the best. But I always have a plan.The community and county and town of Llandough hasn’t recognised orsupported or made right or made whole our family. Just kept us in the darkfor 4 decades. It’s an opportunity. Love can and needs to be shown towardsmy family there by authorities and community. Until now because of thecover-up and scandal it’s been understandable how nobody has known the truestory and severity of this. But I am now alerting everyone to thefalsehoods and even in my already disappointment and outrage at theGovernment and community there, I wasn’t expecting lies and destroyedrecords and ongoing attempts to cover up or ignore what I’m bringing toeveryone’s attention.As I said this is of a high order. The fraud and concealment is complex. Idid report to fraud teams and within 3 hours they responded refusing toinvestigate. To be clear I’m alleging possible murder. Fraud/concealment.Multi-generational warfare/lawfare. But it is not limited to our land andfamily.I believe a playbook, even a racket, has been underway in the UK on anationwide scale. Problem > reaction > solution. My late nan’s inability topresent her title after it went missing, in addition to the rentagreement/arrears which amounted to the possession order in the first placewas a manufactured problem. The reaction was the shelving of ownership tofocus on possession. And the solution was to award themselves in theircourts possession. I say this because I met with a former councillor inManchester in 2012 who talked me through how, like in our Llandough case(and the case of my former home 40 Lombard Street Barry) their possessionapplication to the court doesn’t specify it’s a human rights issue. Despitetaking a home being one. Particularly a family home. So the case isn’ttaken to Chancery/King’s Bench or dealt with as equity and on the fullmerits of the case. And this is what assures the party seeking possessionthe unfair advantage in their preferred court which is suited to favourthem.So I’m all too familiar. Because my home in Barry was stolen the same wayour home in Llandough was. In the case of my Barry home, the problemmanufactured was slightly different. They wouldn’t honour a payment holidayin my mortgage agreement. I was already in Cyprus in 2010 taking it. Iwasn’t asking. When I returned they considered it a debt/arrears. And Ididn’t much argue and paid it. Then they demanded £3.5k for reminderletters. I refused, but offered £2k. Their response was that they’d wiredback my arrears payment, gone to court in that same week, sought and gotawarded possession and went and physically took possession. Then tried toput the £34k auction shortfall on Mamgu’s house. Who wasn’t even aguarantor. The ombudsman stepped in and Mamgu got a cheque from themortgage company for almost giving her a heart attack. And when I got backfrom exile in 2022 and saw my house empty and heard it was empty the wholetime I was in exile. I enquired. And suddenly someone was in it. Andthere’s no record of me ever owning it.I wonder if I’d won my house in that ombudsman settlement. I got the finalstatement from the mortgage company showing the settled amortisation. I’dstill like my stolen home in Barry back. We’d still like my land inLlandough back. I don’t think anyone seems to hear me when I point out howrogue our state is. How weak our defences seem to be.It concerns me if things become even a tiny bit more lawless or blatantlycriminal there, it won’t be a gradual decline. It will be an avalancheeffect and overnight it will be mayhem.I care about me and my family. And how we are treated will be a goodindicator for others. And I suspect there’s going to be a lot of otherrightful owners of land and property who are dispossessed and the occupiersare illegitimate.I also say as a certified and experienced commander and leader;
1. Uniformed, preferably veterans, should be made ready to attend funeralsof what can be considered casualties of hybrid warfare and near enoughethnic cleansing/a civil war waged on us indigenous Britons by the BritishState. Which is already long underway, but the warfare will get lessclandestine and hybrid and a much more visible and undeniable conflict. Sothat is a Christian values action that can be taken and is tasteful. Itsolves a problem for grieving families to get semi-formal recognition of adeath of a loved one which the state will fight tooth and nail for decadesto shirk any responsibility of.2. Mass exodus. A high-tech mass exodus should be prepared for. E-trike andtrailers is all that’s needed. Meshtastic internet. Inflatable pole tents. That sort of stuff. Maybe a small inflatable boat. So that people canremain on that island with a sovereign ability to eat, shelter, communicateand travel in any eventuality.3. Land; as I’ve done. Find our original ancestral birthland. Find thefraud which resulted in the dispossession. Unravel the fraud. Seek torecover the land or reparations to be able to buy new land.I don’t hear much in the way of any real military command and leadershipall things considered geopolitically and socially and technologically. They’re my 3 north stars. Whenever I’m on the British Isles I’m able to beoutside of the demonic realm, corporate, anarcho-tyrant concentration workcamps our towns and cities have been turned into. Which are only going toget worse and worse and more of a squeeze for people. What I suggest islegal, lawful, dignified, low cost, within everyone’s remit to do and anecessary precaution. It will enable a return to God, first principles andnature and our anthropological “human animal” ways, while massivetransformation occurs in this advent of A.I. and robotics.Sincerely,

Dear Sion,
Thank you for your email. I have considered your comments and I am not sure how I can assist in this matter in my role as a Vale Councillor. I am sure that you have suffered an injustice but this is outside the scope of councils. I do wish you well in your endeavours,
Chris

Chris,
Thank you for your prompt response and for making your position clear. Itis appreciated. It’s not a Netflix documentry yet, but here’s my scrapbook prelude:I also attach what my AI agents have drafted, including a draft courtapplication that has been stress-tested in a Chancery Court simulation. These documents set out our family’s position and arguments in detail.I will not treat any further non-response as an offence. Your reply alonemeans a great deal after the past year of trying to raise these concernswith local authorities. Simply having my concerns acknowledged issignificant, given the difficulty I have encountered obtaining even basicFOI answers. My aim remains straightforward: to understand what happened toour family in the 1980s, and why.I’m working on plans to rebuild a replica of our 800-year-old former“county treasure” (former court house) home in Patagonia, which our countyallowed to be stolen and demolished in lieu of the 20 characterless houses. Our ownership claim to it has still never been legally extinguished. BP andthe UK Government, synonymous at the time, merely awarded themselvespossession in their own courts (magistrate, not Equity, Bench/Chancery, sonot judged on the merits of the case). This was done in a slew of highlyquestionable and suspicious circumstances: procedural unfairness, anevident land registry mistake based on perjury and concealment, theft, etc.Great House Farm II, here at the Welsh Settlement in Argentina, is whereWelsh history and herritage and people are celebrated, not erazed, replacedand ethnically cleansed like in Wales, under Brit’ish occupancy and rule. Here in Puerto Madryn, the full story of the erazure and ongoing supressionof our Christian stronghold and sacred/ holy Cedwyn Estate in Llandough, can be told in this open house/ museum here:With the 133 houses next to the 20 on our stolen occupied land, you willhave successfully created, the Brit’ish pinnacle of invention of aconcentration work camp. But I’m telling you, from when I was guardcommander of Akrotiri (with powers of arrest), when I’d take my soldiers ontour to Nikosia, the UN occupying had to return parcels of land back toindigenous Greeks or Turks who demanded and got, their ancestral landsback. My security group’s research so far (50+ soldiers I served with, includingin war) tells me that the definition of “whole farm” in the 1955 courtorder did not include our land parcel. The definition had changed from the1916 agricultural tenancy (two plots) to one plot, i.e., excluding ours, following a 1928 enactment of an 1877 agreement. The 1955 court’s commentexcluding our parcel by reference to my grandmother Mary Williams’s“condition and resistance,” while omitting any mention of her ownershipclaim, looks like an earlier attempt (pre-dating BP’s 1974 reattempt) todisingenuously and dishonourably convert our occupancy to a merelypermissive one and to create what is, in substance, a defective title. BPdid not have clean hands when entering court with this, which would havemattered if it were tried in the court it should have been. Having paidnothing since 1928, even without our paper title, we would have qualifiedfor adverse possession of the parcel by around 1940. The subsequentmulti-generational lawfare appears fundamentally flawed. The fraud, concealment and suspected government involvement I believeengage exceptions to the limitation period and justify the case beingreopened. Given the public-interest elements—our home’s associations withMarconi, Peerless Jim’s first fight there, the large medieval burial site, the monastery and Roman villa, and the fact that furniture looted duringthe eviction originated from Cardiff Castle—I consider a Senedd publicinquiry warranted. My family remain too fearful to speak openly. The conveniently timed deathsof our father and grandmother, and the public reporting of us as“squatters” being evicted (the first time we had been off our land or outof our home since the 16th century), form part of that context.Last week South Wales Police already started accepting reports ofcasualties like Mamgu, who in fact died of what was a biological weapon. How much more burying your heads in the sand do you want to get back there?I’m a military warfare professional, so I pride myself on being difficultto catch and kill, and on getting to my enemies before they get to me. Warveteran commanders and leaders with full mental and physical health, likemyself, remain on the outskirts of society and upwind for a reason. Whathappened to my family is ongoing; be vigilant of it. Learn from it. It wasa manufactured Problem > Reaction > Solution. It was and remains a racket. Our case is the case to shine light on it because it’s so well documentedin the courts and press. The effort already to drag all this back into the shadows, into moreclandestine/silent and violent warfare, defeats the object here. SouthWales Police want to discuss by phone, not email, after already lying bysaying they hold no records on this. CADW initially lied, albeit they’recooperating a bit more now. The long-standing council clerk for Llandoughinitially declined to engage, before directing me to records on the day hisretirement was announced.I appreciate you may not have intended “injustice” as a finding of legalliability, and I do not treat it as such. Having considered what I putbefore you, however, you have expressed that you are sure an injusticeoccurred. This is the first response I have received from an electedrepresentative that expressly acknowledges, after consideration of thematerial, that an injustice appears to have taken place.Could you clarify which aspects of the circumstances you were referring to?
I am not asking you to determine legal title. I am asking you todistinguish between the underlying injustice you recognise and thoseparticular aspects you consider to lie outside the Council’s remit. If, for example, you regard the core property dispute as outside theCouncil’s jurisdiction, but consider that the Council’s own handling ofplanning, heritage, records, FOI requests or constituent concerns remainswithin its proper role, I would be grateful if you could identify thatdistinction. That would help me understand precisely what you meant andwhat, if anything, can properly be addressed through Council channels.Regards,
Sion
Thread 3 — Joint letter to Stephen Doughty MP and Cllr George Carroll#

Good Sirs,
I’m writing to you both as elected representatives because, frankly, theinstitutional dysfunction I am uncovering is becoming quite extraordinary. My family — including the last remaining members of my dispossessed Welshfamily in South Wales — have spent 38 years living with the consequences ofwhat happened to our home and land. They have been frightened into silence, while the institutions responsible for safeguarding justice, heritage andpublic accountability appear, time and again, to have preferred discretion, obfuscation and exquisitely worded emails to the rather unfashionableconcept of actually answering the questions.I have now spent considerable time reconstructing what happened. The deeperI dig, the more the story appears to unravel. We were not merely separated from a house. We were separated from ancestralland, family history and heritage. And now the woodland on that land isbeing cleared for a development of 133 homes. One might reasonably ask: *whose history is being developed over, and whosehistory is being erased?*Whatever one’s political position, the fact remains that possession beingawarded through historical court proceedings does not magically make everyunderlying question of title, evidence, procedure or institutional conductdisappear. A court order is not an archaeological dig, a titleinvestigation, or a certificate of immaculate institutional behaviour.I attach a summary of my grievances concerning CADW, particularly itshistoric involvement in this matter. I also attach a mock court applicationwhich I have been developing alongside AI-assisted legal research, not as asubstitute for legal advice, but as a means of stress-testing the evidenceand identifying the questions that require proper legal determination.I hope you will read them carefully. This is considerably larger than one parcel of landThe parcel my family occupied — Church View Close — may ultimately prove tobe only one piece of a much larger story. The same apparent pattern of irregularity that I am investigating inrelation to our parcel appears potentially relevant to:– the parcel we leased immediately to the east, now proposed for the133-home development;– the playing fields subsequently acquired by the council;– the 33 acres associated with the limeworks; and– potentially the underlying question of whether the Marquess of Butepossessed the freehold interest that has subsequently been assumed. That last question is obviously not something I intend to settle byrhetorical flourish. It is precisely the sort of question that should besettled by *documents, title records and evidence*.One relevant public-record reference is here:
https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/2020_01590_hyb
That is the point of my investigation.
I am not asking anybody to accept my conclusions simply because I havereached them.*I am asking institutions to produce the evidence.*What happened to my family cannot simply be filed awayWhat happened to my family and our home in the 1980s was, in its humanconsequences, devastating. From my perspective, it amounted to an assaulton our family itself. And decades of it. At least mid 40’s by WesternGround Rents and onwards. For decades there has been no meaningful after-support, no meaningfulattempt at reconciliation, no reparative process and, above all, nosatisfactory account of what actually happened.Instead, the historical record appears fragmented, inaccessible and inplaces remarkably difficult to obtain.CADW is only one of numerous agencies about which my representatives arenow compiling material. The emerging picture includes questions concerning procedural fairness, court proceedings, evidential failures, institutional decision-making,heritage protection and the apparent absence of effective oversight. The more documents I obtain, the more questions arise.
And I am increasingly uncomfortable with the proposition that *thedescendants of the people affected should have to conduct the investigationthemselves simply to discover what the institutions already ought to know.*It is particularly distressing that I am having to investigate matterssurrounding my own father’s and grandmother’s lives and deaths in this way.I am asking for accountability, not theatreI appreciate that public bodies have procedures.
I appreciate that officials have workloads.
I appreciate that nobody likes receiving an inconvenient historical filewith several decades’ worth of questions attached to it.But carefully crafted sentences, selective disclosure, unexplainedomissions and silence are not substitutes for accountability.I have repeatedly encountered what appears to be a culture of concealment, stealth and institutional defensiveness. Sometimes I receive an answer.Sometimes I receive an answer to a question I did not ask. Sometimes Ireceive an exquisitely polished paragraph which manages, with almostbreathtaking elegance, to avoid answering the actual question. It is rather like asking for the keys to the filing cabinet and beinghanded a brochure about the importance of filing cabinets. That may be administratively impressive.
It is not an answer.I am asking you to interveneI do not expect either of you to determine the merits of my family’shistorical or legal claims yourselves.I am asking you to ensure that the matter receives *proper independentscrutiny*.Specifically, I am asking you to assist in ensuring that:
1. relevant surviving records are identified and preserved;2. agencies holding potentially material records provide substantiveanswers rather than procedural evasions;3. the historical involvement of CADW and other public bodies isproperly examined;4. the underlying title, conveyancing and land-history evidence isobtained wherever it survives;5. any allegations of procedural unfairness or institutional failure arereferred to the appropriate independent bodies where necessary; and6. my family is finally given a meaningful opportunity to establish, through evidence, what actually happened.I have no interest in mythology.
I want the documents.
I want the chronology.
I want the title deeds.
I want the correspondence.
I want the decisions.
I want to know who knew what, when they knew it, what they did with thatinformation, and why.If the evidence ultimately disproves some of my suspicions, so be it.
*But the evidence must first be allowed to speak.*And yes, I am angryI make no apology for that.
I served this country. I spent years working in public service. I haveworked for the Vale Council. I have served in the military and operated incircumstances considerably more dangerous than sending an email to a publicauthority.I am therefore perfectly capable of distinguishing between legitimateadministration and institutional stonewalling.I am no longer asking to be placated.
I am asking for cooperation in recovering whatever evidence remains andallowing it to be examined properly. The local community members who have contacted me have long memories. Manyremain convinced that something about this episode was profoundly wrong. Iintend to establish exactly what happened — not through rumour, grievanceor inherited mythology, but through the surviving documentary record. And if the record contradicts me, I will accept that.
But if the record supports my family, then somebody is eventually going tohave to explain why it took a descendant *38 years, hundreds of enquiriesand an obscene amount of archival digging* to uncover it.That is not an acceptable model of public accountability. So, gentlemen — enough of the situationship.Whatever happened to:
*“We don’t negotiate with terrorists”?*
Is there peace?
*No.*
Is there peace?
*No.*
Is there peace?
*No.*
There is, however, apparently an absolutely fabulous quantity ofbureaucracy. What there has not yet been is accountability.
I therefore ask you, gentlemen, to address this matter with the seriousnessit deserves and to assist my family in obtaining the answers that have beendenied to us for far too long.I am not asking for special treatment.
I am asking for the truth.
And if the institutions involved have nothing to hide, then surely theyshould have nothing to fear from producing the documents.Regards,
Sion Buckler (Ret’d Sergeant)

Thread 4 — Cllr Christopher Franks — Great House Farm, Llandough#

Chris,
I flew back, I’m even at Mamgus old house in Dinas from time to time.
Here’s a website AI generated and maintains which articulates my grievance.I shared with the charity who own the woodland. They’re immidiate responsewas to do what everyone has always done to us and ignore our ownershipclaim and assertion and acknowledge someone else as the owner. Many and myself are still investigating. But in a nutshell a syntheticparcel appears to have been created, based on enough years of attempts tomake our occupancy appear permissive, so that the land registry can acceptthe story. So 1974 licence letters was also a failed attempt and premis myfamily rejected, in a long line of failed attempts spanning back to atleast 1949.The registration then made the 1987 ruling possible. And that ruling iswhat the land registry depend on to justify its decision to allow BP toregister a synthetic mimic of our parcel in their names, without notifyingus until long after the appeal of that registration had ended. In which mynan conveniently died. Equally that 1987 ruling depends on the 1983registration of our land parcel (or mimic synthetic version of it, builtfrom a falsehood of a chain that didn’t have root title and was not andnever was successful attempts to make our occupancy permissive.Furthermore the “whole farm” being treated as one parcel, was not mergedback into one parcel (a synthetic version of our parcel too, not ours),until after the 1986/1987 case.So my nan Mary Williams didn’t get a fair opportunity to reject the licenceletter in 1974 between it being offered and quashing the 1962 possessionorder for our land parcel. Which itself was never enforced and arguably notlegally enforceable as it was based on ambuguity from the 1955 order whichmade our occupancy of our parcel simply appear permissive with concealmentof the fact my nans resistence was due to her ownership claim. Andconcealment of the fact “whole farm” excluded our parcel of land and wasnot in the 1939 tenancy agreement. So not conveyed to Western Ground Rentsin 1938.Further to that my nans ownership claim, even though unable to be provendue her title being stolen in 1950/52, still means having not paid anyonefor anything on her parcel since 1928 she will have already qualified foradverse possession by 1940.We didn’t get fair opportunity to appeal the 83 registration either. Wealso didn’t get opportunity to appeal CADWs decision to not list our countytreasure 800 year old home as a grade II before BP demolished it at 4am thenext day. Then the council didn’t hold them to any account when they returned in 1989to get planning permission. The council are also under the microscope formany failures. Failure to issue a demolition block order. Also two annexesare missing from those planning docs which are local historic societiestestemony to petition demolition citing our old ancestral homessignificants (home since 1667 and my birth home I remind you). Please just look at the evidence. My family are living like hostages under terrorists and have done for 38years. It’s not acceptable. This demonic realm and spell has to be foughtoff.Do what you can please. Even if its a small prayer for us. I thank you inadvance.See attached a few images from my military service. I served this country.I’m still trying to here. I left my career with full honours. My lastemployer in the Vale Council. I hope this betrayal will end. I’m more thandisappointed in local authories here, who don’t appear any less hostile tomy family and our interest in our land in Llandough.I can’t play the role of hostage or prisoner of war under this regime. Myfamily are mostly all women and children, I am not. It’s an untenablesituation Chris. The Senedd should have at least done a public enquiry ofthis.Regards,

cc: FoiUnit@valeofglamorgan.gov.uk (for information only — this is not a new FOI request)
Dear Democratic and Scrutiny Services,
Scrutiny Topic Suggestion / request for a focused Task and Finish Review
I am a resident with a long-standing family connection to Great House Farm (Tÿ Mawr), Llandough-juxta-Penarth. A public documentary archive of the site is maintained at:
“Great House Farm (Tŷ Mawr): The Williams–Buckler Dispute” — Great House Farm Wiki
I request that the Council consider a focused Scrutiny Topic Suggestion leading to a Task and Finish Review (or other appropriate scrutiny mechanism) concerning the Council-held planning, heritage, environmental and public-authority record relating to Great House Farm / Tÿ Mawr / Church View Close.
Proposed scope (within the Council’s remit):
• the Council-held planning, heritage, environmental and public-authority record relating to Great House Farm / Tÿ Mawr / Church View Close;• the chronology of Council decisions, records and responses from the mid-twentieth century onwards;• identification of missing, contradictory or unresolved Council-held records and, where appropriate, referral to the body with the relevant jurisdiction;• consideration of the site’s heritage and historical record, including its proposed interpretation in the Tÿ Mawr replica museum project in Puerto Madryn, Chubut; and• recommendations within the Council’s powers, without asking the Council to determine private title, criminal liability or matters reserved to courts or other public bodies. This is an evidence-review and accountability route. It is not a request for the Council to decide private title or liability.
I am happy to complete the online Scrutiny Topic Suggestion Form if preferred, or to supply any further information the Democratic Services team requires.
Please acknowledge receipt and indicate the process and timescale for consideration.

Dear Mr Buckler,
Many thanks for your e-mail below and your request for Scrutiny to consider the topic suggested as part of it’s Task and Finish work.
Unfortunately, on this occasion we will be unable to consider the request for several reasons:
The purpose of Task and Finish is to review existing policy Council considerations and identify areas for future policy direction at a strategic level impacting on a county wide basis. These topics are purposefully strategic in manner, and are based upon areas that Committees determine to have the most positive impact.
In addition to the above, the purpose of Scrutiny is not to review evidence related to individual historical decisions and make subsequent recommendations, particularly related to planning, which should be navigated through other channels.
We are aware through other correspondence to which you have copied us into that there are ongoing concerns being raised through a variety of channels including Welsh Government, CADW, MSs and MPs, and as such it would not be appropriate for a Scrutiny Task and Finish to add an additional layer of stakeholders and complexity in exploring the issues; notwithstanding points 1 and 2 raised.
Kind Regards,James
