Mary (Nancy) Williams, formerly Buckler, recalls 1928 as the year the house parcel became the family’s. Whether the two are connected is one of the questions the family is pressing HM Land Registry to answer, together with the record’s plan. Analysis: Legal Review, section 2 (land) · Land Registry Titles. For the pattern of records lost around each set of proceedings, see Legal Review, section 1.3.
