Scope note and cross-reference#

These items remain preserved as examples of similar names and properties that were presented or encountered but do not identify Great House Farm / Tŷ Mawr, Llandough-juxta-Penarth. Exclusion means “not this property,” not that the source is false and not evidence of wrongdoing by itself.

The wider screening register records the disposition, limits and follow-up for the 1877 Cardiff leases, this Cowbridge-area name trap, the separate 107-acre Cydfin / Tŷ Mawr and 166-acre Llandough Farm catalogue entries, and other leads: Kissed Frogs: source-screening and scope register.
