Correction — 9 October 2026. The 1939 WGR–John Williams agreement and plan have already been obtained and analysed. Its plan depicts Parcel B only, not Parcel A. It is closed evidence, not a new retrieval task. The family’s established title case is that the 1877 arrangement took effect in 1928 and full Parcel A includes the north forest and south-east ground later registered as VG41. [SOURCE PENDING] Both were seized on 4 July 1955 while WGR enforced possession of Parcel B. The current capture schedule focuses on the 1955 description/execution, VG41 source file, and the downstream title chain. The 1938 conveyance is family-held; assess content/provenance and its availability during the 1986–87 litigation rather than treating it as an unlocated archive item.

Evidence-page rule#
For every item above the Wiki should maintain a dedicated page containing: document identity; unique catalogue ID; exact date; repository/custodian; provenance; original or copy status; complete scan/image where lawful; transcription; physical description; chain of custody; what it proves; what it does not prove; contradictions; related evidence; legal significance; search status; and next action. 🕒
Negative-search rule. Where an institution says it does not hold an item, create a dedicated evidence page recording the request, search wording, repository scope, response, date, transfer/destruction explanation, and any next repository. “Not found” must never become “never existed”. 🕒
