2026-10-21 21:01 (20:01 UTC)

721 pages site-wide (every page with a table; list in the health pass backups folder health-tables-20261021) (7 pages skipped: being edited at the time)

Tables wider than a phone screen — the 8-column “Page version & change log” table on most pages, plus a few wide content tables — made the whole page scroll sideways at 390px (e.g. the LCC forensic review read 1,345px wide).

Each table is wrapped in a scroll container (<div class=”ghf-table-scroll” style=”overflow:auto;max-width:100%”>), so the page stays phone-width and the table scrolls within itself. Separately, four links to the “New archival leads (Bute archive 1793…)” page that pointed at a slug with “deeds” in it were corrected on Bute Estate (16), Land Registry Titles (26) and the Lakeside & Llandough Development Company review (3113). A full backup of every page was taken before each edit.

Site health pass, 21 Oct 2026. Presentation only — no wording, evidence or status changed. The theme stylesheet is a paid feature, so the fix lives in page content.

EV-0255 (6308, new page), Evidence Register (4517, EV-0255 row), Master Timeline (33, two new entries: 1988 and 19 Oct 2026), Archaeology (29, 1988 Cadw section: one paragraph)

No EV-0255. Timeline had “29 Jul 1988 — Cadw inspects the farmhouse for listing” and “2–3 Dec 1988 … Cadw considers spot-listing”, and no witness statement on the inspection.

EV-0255: witness statement of Branwen, given to the owner on 19 Oct 2026: Cadw officers came into the house in 1988, carried out a survey/report and remarked on the roof beams being high. With Cadw’s written replies quoted (M12 21 May 2026; ATISN 27021 11 Jun 2026; internal review 2 Jul 2026; M33 10 Jul 2026; ATISN 27589 19 Oct 2026) and the dated record (photographs 29 Jul 1988; visit announced for 3–4 Dec 1988, N08; Cadw declines 5 Dec 1988, N10). Register row, two Timeline entries and one Archaeology paragraph added; nothing else changed.

The owner’s instruction, 20 Oct 2026 01:29 BST. Inspection date SOURCE PENDING; our case, prospective (days before the 5 Dec 1988 refusal), not a finding. Witness named by first name only, at the owner’s request. Each page backed up first, re-read live before saving and verified live.

Master Timeline (33, 1940 – Apr 1942 entry), EV-0220 (5387, Does not prove + new block), Woodland & Land-Transfer Assessment (5448, gift row + new block)

Timeline: “…secondary source); no Llandough land shown [EV-0220]”. EV-0220: “Does not prove: Anything about Llandough land, Cwm Cydfin Wood or Great House Farm; where the 109 acres lie (no plan on the page).” Assessment gift row: “Any link to Great House Farm.”

1940–42 woods gift: parcel A working theories. A “Working theories (evidence pending)” block on each page: T1 (the gift took in the woodland third of Parcel A), T2 (Parcel A went to the Williams family in 1928, so it was outside the 1938 WGR conveyance), T3 (alternative: Parcel A passed to WGR, which gave part to Cardiff), and a possible link to the 1949 permissive-occupancy attempt and the 29 Mar 1961 deed. Each with its support and the record that would test it.

The owner’s instruction, 20 Oct 2026 00:08 BST. Our case, prospective, not a finding; points attributed to the owner (20 Oct 2026). No new source; every existing citation kept. Each page backed up first, re-read live before saving (Timeline after its 30-minute window) and verified live.

Off-wiki: qa.bucklerfamily.estate (Q&A site, datro branch qa, commit 50a92b3)

The homepage listed raw email question/reply pairs (309 graph records), reading like an email archive.

A straight Q&A knowledge base: 362 one-line questions (341 put to 19 public bodies plus 21 case research questions), each opening to a full answer with status, body, reference, dates and source links; search, body and status filters, and a deep link per question. The agent APIs (/api/qa.json, /api/ask, /api/graphql, /api/mcp) are unchanged.

Answers are drawn from the FOI Reply Register, the correspondence catalogues and the question ledger, quoting each body’s words; pending and unanswered questions say so. Subject-access material excluded. Requested by the owner, 19 Oct 2026.

2026-10-19 15:31

Site-wide: 143 pages (titles, excerpts, body text), the menu (2 labels), header and mobile menu, the front-page template and the title-chain map (template part “title-lines”, name text only; lanes and layout untouched)

Her name appeared as “Mary Williams” (and “Mary Doreen Williams” in some register and FOI notes).

“Mary (Nancy) Williams” (and “Mary Doreen (Nancy) Williams”): 479 replacements in pages plus 21 in the menu, header, front page and map. URLs, slugs and filenames unchanged. Not changed, because the words are quoted or are history: reproduced emails and their subject lines on the correspondence pages, the 1974 Daily Telegraph transcription, the typed c.1974 statement transcription, the video transcript, an image description of the death index, and rows of this Change Log.

The owner’s instruction (voice note, 15:14 BST 19 Oct 2026): Mary Williams (married 1935, died 26 Mar 1983) is to read “Mary (Nancy) Williams” across the wiki. Name text only. Each save verified by re-reading the live page. Full pre-edit backup held by Tab (ghf-nancy-backup-20261019T141827Z.json).

Front page: title-chain map lines and stations (template part “title-lines”), map v4

Map v3: woodland and green branched off Parcel A on 4 Jul 1955 and the house (BP) branch at the 1959 offer, so the 1949 and 1959 attempts sat on the house line and the woodland’s registration was shown as WA735527 (1994).

Three separate synthetic lanes right of Parcel A, nothing from one lane drawn on another. Lane 1 woodland: 1949 attempt → 1961 registration (the owner, source pending; 29 Mar 1961 deed recited on WA735527) → 10 Nov 1994 WA735527 shown as a later change of hands. Lane 2 green: 1958/9 attempt → 16 Jun 1970 VG41. Lane 3 BP house: 11 Dec 1962 order → 31 Dec 1969 BP acquires → 1971 Ordnance Survey alteration (the owner, source pending) → 1974 failed attempt to extinguish the claim → 31 Oct 1974 letters → 23 Feb 1983 WA240304 → merges into Parcel B on 2 Feb 1987. 1955 station moved to Parcel B. Each lane carries the same three labels (“REJECTED permissive occupancy ploy”, “usual 12-year waiting period” with the measured gap, “clandestine registration · we say · source pending”). Gap chart and key updated; new pop-ups for 1949, 1958/9, 1961, 1971 and 1974; other pop-ups unchanged apart from lane wording. Verified live at 390 px and desktop.

The owner, 10:28, 10:33 and 10:38 BST 19 Oct 2026 (lane spec; “If you can’t disprove what I’m saying then presume I’m correct”; “a registration after a registration is either them changing hands … or … a synthetic parcel creation”). Sources: 1987 judgment, EV-0039, EV-0040, EV-0041, EV-0043, EV-0045, EV-0048, EV-0049, EV-0169 (WA735527 register read in full). Template part backed up first; nothing deleted.

Front page: title-chain map lines (template part “title-lines”)

Six lanes in a confusing order (a Cardiff lane far left, the house branch between Parcel B and Parcel A), dashed Parcel A from 1987, lines broken at the gap chart.

Lines only redrawn: one root line to 1877, then Parcel B (left) and Parcel A (right of it). Woodland and green branches leave Parcel A on 4 Jul 1955, the house (BP) branch at the 1959 offer, each in its own lane further right; Parcel A fades a step at each branch (100% → 75% → 50% → 30%) and runs on past 2026 with no end. The BP branch folds left into Parcel B on 2 Feb 1987. Cardiff events are teal stations instead of a separate line. Station text, sources, tags and pop-ups unchanged. Verified live at 390 px and desktop.

The owner, 08:58 BST 19 Oct 2026: “It should be 1 line split into two in 1877 … BP synthetic parcel folds into parcel B to become one in 1987.” Dates from the existing stations (1987 judgment, EV-0006). Template part backed up first; nothing deleted.

Site-wide (152 pages, the front-page template and the title-lines map; list in Tab’s backup)

Labels and phrases that framed statements as the family’s say-so rather than citing the evidence (about 450 instances; the phrase inventory is in Tab’s backup).

Each instance replaced by its basis: the document is cited and the statement presented as what it shows; or the words are attributed to the named family member with a link to their Testimony page; or the statement is tagged SOURCE PENDING. Where a court ruled otherwise, the evidence is shown first and the court’s words quoted and sourced. In the owner’s own emails the wording is changed and marked “[wording updated at the author’s request, 19 Oct 2026]”. The 29 Nov 1988 anchor on 1988: Possession and Demolition renamed “source-pending-29-nov”, with its links. Verified: zero matches in the saved content.

The owner, 05:34 BST 19 Oct 2026: “Purge all use of that term site wide.” Backups of every page taken before saving; revision history kept; nothing deleted.

2026-10-19 05:53

Start Here (3921) and Read the Docs (3336)

An attribution label for the family’s reports; no link to testimony.

Labels now TESTIMONY (a named family member’s recorded statement, linked to their page) and SOURCE PENDING. Start Here links Testimony. Read the Docs has a new “Testimony pages” section (#testimony-pages).

The owner, 19 Oct 2026.

Front-page title-chain map (theme block “title-lines”)

Station headings ran to two or three lines with labels; the key, the three-titles box and the gap chart filled the screen before the map.

Collapsed: each station shows only its date and a one-line title; all detail, labels and sources open in place, closed by default. Key, the owner’s reading, gap chart, “what cuts against”, wider-plan question and notes are collapsed boxes. “Vultures”, “clandestine”, “ploy” and “buried alive” attributed to the owner with a link to his testimony page. Checked live at 390 px: 39 panels, none open by default, no title overflow, panels open on top.

The owner, 05:34 BST 19 Oct 2026: “Collapse the text.”

2026-10-19 05:46

Testimony (new parent) and 8 person pages

No per-person testimony pages.

New pages: Mary Williams (5 sources), Frederick Buckler (none on file), William “Billy” Buckler (10), Branwen (3), Janet Harris (1), the owner (4), David Buckler (1 second-hand report; none in his own words), Mary Godfrey (none on file). Only real sources with date and reference; verbatim quotes where the text is held.

The owner, 19 Oct 2026: “Each family member should have their own testimony/ affidavit page.”

2026-10-19 05:15

Front-page title-chain map (theme block “title-lines”)

Lines, stations and labels were pinned at fixed pixel positions; detail panels were painted under later lines and labels; on phones the legend covered the first stations and labels overlapped.

Rebuilt as one scroll-down subway map in date order (c.1841 → 2026) with six lines: Cardiff bodies, root freehold → Parcel B (merged title WA231076 from 1987), house branch (BP, WA240304), Williams Parcel A (unregistered from 1987, continuing), forest branch (WA735527) and green branch (VG41). Details open in place, on top, with a source on every station. Added a to-scale chart of the gap between each occupancy attempt and its registration, the 1942 WGR → Cardiff Leckwith Woods gift, and the 1989 consultee. Checked at 390 px and 1440 px: 33 of 33 panels open on top; no overflow.

The owner, 19 Oct 2026. Labels VERIFIED / TESTIMONY / SOURCE PENDING / UNVERIFIED on every station (the old attribution label since replaced). 89/01396/OUT: the planning officer’s report (EV-0201, scan read) names “Cardiff Bay Development Corporation”, not Cardiff City Council; 92/00671/RES Form D (EV-0127) names no Cardiff body. The previous map is kept in the template revisions and in Tab’s backup.

Site header (template parts “Header” and “Home header”)

Estate bar: “Cedwyn Estate · Base Camp” with an “All sites” link; a 48px spacer above it on the home page left a gap under WordPress.com’s own bar

Two-tier estate bar matching every bucklerfamily.estate site: thin top strip (Wales with Welsh and Union flags, Patagonia with Welsh and Argentine flags, Super Intelligence (SI) with a robot icon; “All” opens the full list), then this site’s own bar “bucklerfamily.estate › wiki · The Legal Wiki” with ‹ › to step through the sites. Items discussed with the owner on 18–19 Oct 2026 were not yet on the wiki, or not in their relevant places.

Five new EV pages and Register rows: EV-0234 1878 Ynysawdre agreement and award (not our farm; probable origin of “once, in 1878”); EV-0235 Hansard 7 Dec 1962 Leasehold Bill cols 1671–72 (out of scope); EV-0236 1914 Water undertakings Return, Bute spring at Llandough (unconfirmed as ours); EV-0237 Wellcome PP/PCB/C/1/47 (pending, on hold); EV-0238 1903/1914 Williams “of Llandough Farm” (unexplained). Kissed Frogs register: 10 rows added (1878 Ynysawdre; Cowbridge “Great House” name trap; Llandough Farm/Rees and “R-W-S-S”; 1903/1914 Williams; fluoride lead; 1962 Leasehold debate; Leckwith Common order 1958; “Cardiff UDC”; 1983 Act; Bute spring) and “Llandough Home Farm” listed as in scope. Excluded page: Ynysawdre row linked to EV-0234. Name Variations: “Greathouse” (Slater’s 1880) and “Llandough Home Farm” (1881 census; per the owner = Great House Farm; no other “Home Farm” use). Nomenclature 1139: census image checked note. Timeline: 20 Nov 1958 entry now quotes the water sentence (snippet only); new c.1948–49 entry (start of cut-off, inferred). Source Conflicts: SC-48 water cut-off date (c.1948–58 vs c.1988); SC-49 marriage year (1935 per the owner vs 1936). Branwen testimony: water statement added (voice testimony, relayed 19 Oct 2026), with a second-hand note. Family pages: 1936 wedding (EV-0230) and possible Aunt Mary (EV-0229, unconfirmed). Cycle 13: EV-0044 links the 1983 Act; EV-0232 negative Gazette search; EV-0231 Penlan Road location note; 3115 1972/1974 Gazette strike-off listings (unverified).

The owner, 16:54 BST 19 Oct 2026: “Make sure wordpress wiki has everything we discussed, in the relevant places.” Sources: flywheel notes and Tab’s research of 19 Oct 2026; snippet-only and unverified items marked. Backup taken before editing.

Today’s finds after EV-0224 had no EV entries; EV-0037 did not quote the water sentence.

Nine new EV pages and Register rows: EV-0225 trade directories 1868–1901 (“Williams John, Great house”); EV-0226 South Wales Star 10 Jun 1892; EV-0227 Cardiff Times 16 Jul 1904 (tenancy from 1855; match to Great House Farm an inference); EV-0228 Llandough Farm and the Rees family 1841–1910 (disambiguation); EV-0229 Western Mail 27 Nov 1959 “Mary Butler, aged five” (snippet only; possible error for Buckler); EV-0230 Western Mail 5 Aug 1936 wedding of Fred Buckler and Mary Doreen (Nancy) Williams (snippet only); EV-0231 London Gazette Land Registry notices for Llandough land 1960–72 (farm land unverified); EV-0232 Commons Registration (Glamorgan) Act 1983 (common land only, no village greens); EV-0233 DBDT129/3, Llandough Farm tenancy to David and Thomas Thomas, Aug 1940 (catalogue only). EV-0037: added the water sentence from the same 1958 article (snippet only), with the oral version per Branwen (voice testimony). DBDT123/7 was already catalogued as EV-0023.

EV-0224; Master Timeline (33)

EV-0224 had no corroboration or cuts-against section; the Timeline had no 1855 or 1892 rows.

Added a Corroboration section to EV-0224: trade directories 1868–1901 (“Williams John, Great house” / “Great House farm”), South Wales Star 10 Jun 1892, the Rees family at the separate Llandough Farm (1841 tithe; press 1865, 1886, 1898, 1910), press calling John Williams “of Llandough Farm” (1895, 1904), and a Cuts against list. Added Timeline rows for 1855 (tenancy succession, per Cardiff Times 16 Jul 1904) and 10 Jun 1892.

University of Leicester Historical Directories and Welsh Newspapers Online, quoted verbatim with links on EV-0224. Identity of the 1895/1904 “Llandough Farm” John Williams with the Great House John Williams is an inference.

EV-0224 (new); Master Timeline (33); Evidence Register (4517)

No image-backed 1881 census record on the wiki; only the dictated, pending lead EV-0223.

Created EV-0224 with the census photo, reference, verbatim transcription of schedules 9–10 and a neutral farm-name note; added a 3 Apr 1881 Timeline entry and an EV-0224 Register row. EV-0224 is the image-backed record; EV-0223 is the dictated, pending variant and was left unchanged.

Photograph of TNA RG11/5288 p.2 supplied by the owner, 19 Oct 2026. Farm identity (Great House Farm recorded as Llandough Home Farm) is per the owner, not shown on the page. Folio and ED SOURCE PENDING.

Great House Farm — Location Name Nomenclature (1139); Evidence Register (4517); EV-0223

No 1881 census wording entry in the reviewed nomenclature section; no corresponding EV-0223 register entry.

Added a provisional 1881 census nomenclature note, created EV-0223 as a pending evidence page, and added EV-0223 to the Evidence Register. Wording recorded as reported (“Land Doc Home Farm” / “R-W-S-S Farm”, also dictated as “Reese’s Farm”); no census image or identifiers claimed verified.

The owner’s dictated instruction, 19 Oct 2026. This records an editorial change and a source lead, not independent proof of the census wording.

Front-page title-chain tube map

On mobile, station captions could extend off-screen or become too narrow; explanatory panels could be painted under later stations; vertical pipe names looked like a second set of boxed station labels.

Constrained station captions to max-width:min(48vw,230px) and lowered station/summary stacking order. Repositioned all 20 explanatory panels as fixed overlays centred within the viewport (92vw, capped at 520px, 78vh maximum with internal scrolling) with a small close instruction. Restyled seven rotated pipe names as plain colour-matched text without border, background, padding box or shadow. Retained the full-width, left-aligned map and clipped horizontal map area.

Re-read the published custom pub/archivist//title-lines component: 20 station details, 20 viewport-fixed panels, seven unboxed rotated names, 48vw/230px station bounds, fixed-panel viewport max-width and height/scroll constraints are present. Active front-page template still calls this component. Final device-browser rendering cannot be visually confirmed from this session.

Front-page title-chain tube map

Initial map legend could crowd the first chronological stations on narrow screens because several legend explanations were long. The date rails started near the legend and risked visually overlapping it.

Compacted the seven-entry legend to short line identities and one-phrase meanings, then moved the timeline stations and rail geometry down to create a clear header-to-map separation. Kept the 100vw/left:0px/no-horizontal-overflow root, seven color identities, 20 clickable event stations, true Williams route and dashed ghost continuation, 1955 daughter branches, and the solid centre-A + B / dashed outer-scope-hypothesis 1987 interchange.

Saved and re-read the active custom pub/archivist//title-lines component. Confirmed 7 legend entries, 20 expandable stations, CSS-only drawing, left:0px, width/max-width 100vw and overflow:hidden. Confirmed the custom front-page template still references title-lines. Outer-branch convergence remains explicitly a hypothesis pending the 1987 plan.

2026-10-19

Homepage title-lines / landing diagram

Previous map showed lines and labels but did not read as a coherent Tube map; the true Williams Parcel-A route, later synthetic candidate routes, and the final merger theory were visually insufficiently distinguished.

Rebuilt the active custom pub/archivist//title-lines part as an underground-style network with a seven-item legend, continuous Bute, Williams A, Parcel B, Forest, Council/VG41, house-and-garden/BP and proposed gold merger tracks. Added interchange stations at the 1877 fork, 1916 tenancy overlay, 1928 Williams transition, 1955 three-way branch and 1987 convergence; used a dashed grey Williams claim/occupation track after the proposed 1955 severance; retained 20 expandable event stations through 1988. Solid 1987 join is limited to the central A+B model; dashed outer links are labelled hypothesis pending plan verification.

Published custom template part re-read and checked: 20 expandable stations, seven legend entries, CSS-only rails (no SVG), width/max-width 100vw, left:0, zero margins and horizontal clipping. The active front-page template references title-lines. The wider inclusion of Forest and VG41 in the 1987 title remains an unproven reconstruction, not an established fact.

2026-10-19 02:08 BST

Landing-page title-lines component

Colored rails and event labels existed, but there were no vertical names identifying each later track. The root also used negative centring margins and visible overflow, so it was not constrained to the requested left-aligned viewport width.

Added six vertical track labels rotated −90°: Bute Freeholder; Original Williams Parcel A; Parcel B · WGR → BP; Synthetic Forest Estate (Cardiff Forest); Synthetic Green Estate (Council / VG41); and Synthetic ‘House & Garden’ Estate (BP). Raised labels above page content. Set the root to left:0px; width/max-width:100vw; zero margins; overflow:hidden; retained all 26 expandable event labels and all color rails.

Updated and re-read the published custom pub/archivist//title-lines part. Saved markup confirms 6 rotated labels, high z-index, 26 event accordions, the named Forest/Council/BP tracks, root left:0px / max-width:100vw / overflow:hidden, and green, amber, red and blue rails. The component is active on the custom front-page template. Public-browser visual rendering cannot be independently observed in this session.

2026-10-19 02:03 BST

Front-page title-lines design

The map’s event labels had persisted, but no colored vertical rails were visible. The previous template part used an SVG for the rails; WordPress removed that SVG when saving the component, leaving the labels floating without the network.

Replaced the SVG drawing with visible inline-CSS HTML rail elements: Bute root, reported 1877 A/B branching, a 1916 A+B tenancy crossbar, the faded original Parcel-A route, Parcel B, three post-1955 Parcel-A rails (A-North green, A-Centre red, A-South-East amber), and the 1987 centre-plus-B junction. Added colored elbow ticks for all 26 event labels and junction dots. Kept expandable source notes.

Verified by re-reading the published custom pub/archivist//title-lines component: it contains CSS-backed green, blue, amber and red rails, 26 elbow ticks, and all 26 expandable labels; no SVG is required. The active front-page template continues to call the custom title-lines part. This addresses the missing-line rendering fault; visual confirmation in an external browser remains unavailable here.

2026-10-19 01:22 BST

Live front-page design · Page 2612 — permissive-occupation analysis

Correction to the 00:42 entry: editing Page ID 8’s body did not change the visible homepage. The custom pub/archivist//front-page template calls a separate pub/archivist//title-lines template part; that part still had a 680px width cap and a 90px text gutter.

Updated the actual custom title-lines template part referenced by the live front-page template. Replaced the narrow timeline with a viewport-width vertical rail map, branch elbows and 26 expandable event labels, including the 1877 A/B split, 1916 A+B tenancy, 1928 Williams route, 1938–39 WGR route, northern 1961 deed lead, 1970 VG41 route, 1982–83 centre registration, 1987 centre-plus-B merge, and separate Forest and VG41 endpoints. Added Marconi 1897 and the undated Peerless Jim barn-history marker. The 1959/1965 offers and 1974 licence letters stay on the house-and-garden centre line.

User correction after the page-body edit failed to affect the live design. WordPress API confirms that the active custom front-page template references the updated custom title-lines part; width cap and narrative gutter removed. Source and title limits are in expandable labels. This corrects the earlier premature 00:42 entry without deleting that history.

5475 — Reparations Schedule & Proposed Apportionment

Row 8 “Personal injury: nan’s leg amputation” and the gaps list asked “which grandmother”; no date for the amputation; nan’s death given only as 1983; no note on the grant of representation.

Row 8 now cites the verified court record: Mrs Mary Buckler (daughter of Mr Williams, mother of Mr Buckler junior) had a leg amputated shortly before the 4 July 1955 enforcement; she died March 1983. “Family attributes it to stress; causation unproven” and the valuation method kept. Row 7, the estates limitation note and the gaps list now record that no grant of representation to her estate had been obtained as of 1987. Nothing deleted.

The owner’s instruction, 19 Oct 2026. VERIFIED against the text of BP Properties Ltd v Buckler [1987] EWCA Civ 2 (BAILII). Causation remains unproven (SOURCE PENDING). Checked on the live page after saving.

8 — Great House Farm landing page · 2612 — permissive-occupation claim

Landing page: chronology used a narrow vertical marker next to long explanatory text and centred the synthetic-Parcel-A theory on BP. Page 2612 grouped the 1959/1965 offers and lacked explicit 1961 woodland / 1970 VG41 rows and a segment crosswalk.

Landing now presents a full-width vertical tube-map with short year/parcel elbow labels that expand to source notes. It shows a single Bute root, the reported 1877 A/B split, the 1916 A+B tenancy conflict, the 1928 Williams “virtual freeholder” theory, Parcel B’s 1938 Bute→WGR and 1939 WGR tenancy route, and three alleged Parcel-A successor routes: Forest of Cardiff (upper/north), BP’s central house-and-garden registration (middle), and Llandough Council/VG41 (lower/south-east). It continues to the 1987 modelled A-Centre + B amalgamation. Added a May 1897 Marconi (Lavernock) context marker and an undated Peerless Jim barn-fight research lead. Page 2612 now separates 1959 and 1965, adds the 1961 and 1970 rows, and crosswalks A-North, A-Centre, A-South-East and Parcel B.

User direction, 19 Oct 2026. Linked leads: EV-0011, EV-0014, EV-0019, EV-0023, EV-0039, EV-0040, EV-0044, EV-0050 and EV-0078. The 1877 Bute–Thomas instrument remains unlocated; the separate 1877 Roath/Clyde Street lease is excluded. The tube map is a working reconstruction, not a surveyed plan or proof of title, fraud, or coordination. VG41 registration is not proof of council freehold; Forest of Cardiff’s later transfer/excision remains a title-plan check.

Long Tab editorial notes; “Mrs Mary Doreen Buckler” cited to Western Mail 20 Nov 1958.

One-line notes with source. That full name is from Western Mail 7 May 1958 p.7; the 20 Nov 1958 article names “Mrs. M D. Buckler”.

BNA OCR of both articles. Sion’s Tab agent.

“High Court 10 July 1986” in the procedural date row.

“High Court hearing 10 July 1986; judgment 24 July 1986.”

2940 — Welsh Government/Cadw correspondence

Correspondence included the claim “falsely named Mrs Buckler” and “no window in which to object.”

Original correspondence retained as a historical record, with an editorial correction: Mary used both Williams and Buckler; application dates were 30 Nov 1982 and 23 Feb 1983; notice/receipt remains open pending the HMLR file items dated 8 and 12 Apr 1983.

Preserves the source wording without endorsing it as fact; Western Mail 1958 reference is identified on the correction note as press evidence.

2928 — South Wales Police correspondence

Correspondence included the phrase “falsely named Mrs Buckler”.

Original correspondence retained; an editorial note distinguishes historical wording from the corrected identification “Mary Williams, also known as Mrs Mary Doreen Buckler”.

Do not alter a verbatim source transcript; add context and accurate attribution.

2934 — Vale correspondence catalogue

The catalogue’s correspondence referred to a 1938 “Cowbridge and Llandough Great House Farm” auction as a potential case record.

Editorial warning says the 185-acre Cowbridge-area farm sold to L. D. Thomas is a different property; keep the original request/transcript intact, but do not treat it as a transaction involving Tŷ Mawr without primary proof.

Preserves correspondence integrity and corrects the research interpretation; also flags DSA/12/5400 as a different J. Williams.

3714 — Response Friction Score

“Informal label: ‘arsehole score’ is the user’s shorthand.”

Neutral Response Friction Score (RFS) label only; scoring dimensions and limits stated without the insult.

Measures the observable response, not a person or institution’s character.

E140 title foregrounded the hearing date without distinguishing the judgment date; page 767 already stated both dates correctly.

E140 title now says “hearing 10 July 1986; judgment 24 July 1986”; page 767 was reviewed and already correctly distinguished hearing from judgment.

Court of Appeal judgment and South Wales Echo report (25 July 1986, p. 3). Page 767 was verified, not changed in this pass.

3356 — Three Parts of Parcel A

Wording risked making the separate interval comparisons sound like one uniform “12-year gap”.

Now distinguishes about 11 years (1958/59–1970), about 13 years (1969–1983), and the separate approximate 1949–61 sequence pending exact source dates.

Calendar-year reconstruction, explicitly labelled as a family reconstruction and not evidence of a repeating scheme.

1698 — DBDT123/7; 1381 — Counter-Evidence; 2612 — Permissive-occupation claim

Duplicated per-page guest-book and/or longer pasted Cedwyn theory cross-reference; page 2612 also said the 1939 plan confined the wider tenancy to Parcel B.

Removed generated page-local guest-book section(s); replaced repeated theory prose with a link; changed page 2612 to distinguish the separate monthly grazing let from the earlier whole-farm tenancy.

Underlying scan and correspondence preserved. The 1939 plan does not, by itself, decide wider tenancy scope or root title.

2940; 2943; 2928

Correspondence contained “falsely named Mrs Buckler” and, in one catalogue, “no window in which to object”; 10 July and 24 July dates could be conflated in older correspondence.

Editorial notes clarify that Mary used both Williams and Buckler, that registration application dates preceded her death, that notice remains open pending the 8/12 April 1983 file items, and that 10 July was the hearing while 24 July was judgment. Original correspondence remains.

Source correspondence preserved verbatim; press identification is labelled PRESS REPORT; notice is explicitly unresolved.

2934; 2933

Old correspondence/request text referred to a Cowbridge/Llandough “Great House Farm” auction without adequately distinguishing property identity.

Added a warning identifying the reported 185-acre Cowbridge-area farm sold to L. D. Thomas as a different property; flagged DSA/12/5400 as a different J. Williams.

Historical message text preserved. Warning is an identity caution pending inspection of original sale particulars and plan.

3714 — Response Friction Score

Earlier text included an insulting informal label for the score.

Published description now uses the neutral RFS name and states that the method rates individual messages, not a person or institution.

Observed response criteria and limits remain visible; score is not evidence of misconduct.

Unissued draft emails to SFO/NCA/Home Office/Attorney General were publicly viewable.

Generated guest-book footer cleanup: 3348, 3334, 3295, 3290, 3234, 3191, 3140, 3123–3110, 3109–3101, 2917, 2631, 2627, 2616, 2613, 1830, 1829–1810.

Repeated generated guest-book sections and, on some pages, duplicate block-level agent logs appeared at the bottom of pages.

Removed those generated footer/log blocks from the listed pages; substantive page text, exhibits, scans and attached evidence were not intentionally rewritten by this cleanup.

Those page revisions and the cleanup are recorded here rather than in page-local guest books. Pages were not each independently checked in a public browser after save.

2026-10-18; multiple saves

Repeated Cedwyn cross-reference paragraphs: 3103, 3102, 3101, 2627, 2623, 2613, 2607, 2599, 1698, 1475, 1422, 1416, 1383, 1191 and 8.

Some records included a repeated lengthy Cedwyn Estate theory cross-reference.

Replaced the repeated paragraph with a link to the main Cedwyn Estate Working Theory, distinguishing the theory from what each particular record proves.

Core record material remains; cross-references now direct readers to the central argument rather than repeat it.

2026-10-18; multiple saves

Footer/log cleanup also applied to evidence and assessment pages: 3348, 3334, 3295, 3290, 3234, 3191, 3140, 3123–3110, 3109–3104, 3103, 2917, 2631, 2627, 2616, 2613, 1830, 1829–1810.

Generated per-page footer logs repeated the same guest-book instruction and diverted change-history maintenance to many separate pages.

Centralised future change logging by updating the Site Agent Operating Rules (page 1020) to direct all changes to this master log; the homepage links here.

Operational policy now requires one source of truth for future edits. Audit logs from removed local footers were not treated as source evidence.

3356 — Three Parts of Parcel A; 2612 — Permissive-occupation claim; 3358 — Three-part Parcel A assessment; 1381 — Counter-Evidence

These pages contained a dated one-off local “change record / guest book” or page-local agent log block.

Removed the local guest-book/log block and replaced the page-local record with a link to this central change log. The substantive page analysis remains.

Centralised future editorial history as required. This entry records the consolidation; it does not claim that a removed local note was evidence of any underlying title fact.

3358 — Three-part Parcel A assessment

Repeated wording described the timing comparisons as “about 12, about 11 and about 13 years”, risking a false single twelve-year pattern.

Now distinguishes the approximately 11-year and 13-year later intervals from the separate approximate 1949–61 sequence, which remains dependent on exact primary-source dates and parcel identity.

Analytical chronology only; no inference of coordination or misconduct is made from timing alone.

1020 — Site Agent Operating Rules; 3918 — Editing Protocol; 3290 — Site Plan; 3334 — Brand & Developer Guidelines

Instructions required per-page guest-book/version footers and a second master log; two specification pages also carried local version-log tables.

Rules now direct all material edits to the central Master Change Log with before/after lines. Removed the separate version tables on 3290 and 3334 and replaced them with a link to the central log.

One change-history route is now specified in both operating rules and editing protocol. Evidence content and page purpose were retained.

D 219 discussed as background; no explicit lock between the 107-acre Cydfin/Ty Mawr catalogue entry and the separate 166-acre Llandough Farm entry.

Added explicit distinction by named holding, acreage, date range and deed references; warned not to transfer the 166-acre figure to Tŷ Mawr and kept the 1824 survey extent separate.

1031 Research Leads from bpvsbuckler Archive

No consolidated register showing false matches, scope limits, duplicate-source risk and retained in-scope leads in one place.

Added “Kissed Frogs” screening register with dispositions for the Cardiff 1877 leases, Cowbridge-area name traps, stale imported snapshot, unsupported app assertions and rental-heading inference; separately retained relevant survey, rate-book, title-file and council-minute leads.

Evidence-screening workflow; distinguishes title, fraud/concealment and public-authority questions; no allegation treated as proved by repetition.

5312 Excluded: not our farm

Wrong-geography items listed without a cross-link to the broader screening method.

Added scope explanation and link to the central Kissed Frogs register; evidence retained and exclusions described as property-identity findings, not accusations.

Parish/location controls; original references preserved.

1108 Great House Farm — Name & Location Variations

Name variants did not have an explicit statement that D 219’s 107-acre Cydfin/Ty Mawr entry and 166-acre Llandough Farm entry are separate holdings.

Added a clear identity control and links to NLW’s catalogue and the screening register.

Prevents parish-level name similarity being used to merge separate farms.

1430 Source Conflicts Register

SC-20 focused on the uncertain 1877 lease identification but lacked the explicit D 219 acreage/holding distinction.

Added an SC-20 addendum separating the two D 219 farms and keeping the Stewart survey figure separate.

NLW D 219 description; source conflict remains open for actual 1877 instrument and plans.

19 The 1877 Agreement

Reported farm transaction and the precisely dated Cardiff counterpart could be conflated by a reader following the chronology.

Added an instrument-identity warning: Cardiff leases are not substitutes for the reported Llandough arrangement; exact date provenance must be verified; added D 219 identity control.

EV-0006 and EV-0008 remain unlocated/reported leads; EV-0213 is the photographed Roath building lease.

2026-10-18 22:32 BST

4636 EV-0008 — reported 1877 lease

Exact date “6 November 1877” appeared as reported for the farm lead without a prominent warning that a real Cardiff instrument carries that same date.

Added date-provenance control; records the known date-matched Roath lease as a different instrument; retains the farm document as reported and unlocated.

Prevented overclaim; the 99-year Roath term from 1877 does not reach 1987.

2026-10-18 22:32 BST

1784 GHF-E115 — Bute–Thomas arrangement

The missing Bute–Thomas instrument could be read alongside the Cardiff leases without a direct source-identity warning.

Added an addendum distinguishing the reported farm/quarry arrangement from both Cardiff leases and keeping sale/quarry-lease/conditional-transfer terms unresolved until authenticated.

Preserves the core title lead without treating unlocated wording as a proved term.

2026-10-18 22:36 BST

4517 Evidence Register

No direct pointer at the entry point to the screening decisions for false matches, duplicated sources and context-only leads.

Added a prominent link and short instruction to consult the Kissed Frogs screening register before reusing candidate sources.

Improves evidence navigation; exclusions and original materials remain preserved.

2026-10-18 22:36 BST

3921 Start Here

No concise entry-point warning against conflating Cardiff leases, similar farm names or unsupported app assertions with proof of title/fraud.

Added link to the screening register and the official D 219 catalogue distinction between 107-acre Cydfin/Ty Mawr and 166-acre Llandough Farm.

NLW D 219 catalogue; keeps title, fraud/concealment and public-authority tracks separate.
